Buffalo Cauliflower Bites

These Buffalo Cauliflower mouthfuls are racy, crisp, and hugely addicting. carpeted in a light batter and tossed in pungent buffalo sauce, they’re a healthier volition to traditional bodies and fully submissive!

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tbsp melted butter or oil 

Optional for Serving:

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • Celery sticks
  • Chopped parsley or green onion

Ingredient Notes:

Cauliflower

Choose a fresh, firm head and hash it into indeed- sized boutonnieres for indeed cooking. Do n’t go too small or they’ll turn mushy.

Flour Batter

A simple flour and water batter helps the mouthfuls get crisp and hold onto the sauce. Use gluten-free flour if demanded.
