Pickle-in-a-Blanket Recipe

These Pickles- in-a-Blanket are the ultimate snack hack — brickle , pungent pickles wrapped in golden, short dough with just the right megahit of savory. Perfect for game days, casual parties, or anytime you want a little salty, pungent, crisp joy. Just roll, wrap, and singe. It’s snacktime magic, suck – sized and hugely addicting!

Prep & Cook Time

  •  Cook Time: 15–18 minutes

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • Small bowl for egg wash
  • Pastry brush

Ingredients

  • 20 dill fix pikestaffs( about 3- 4 elevation each), well- drained
  • 1 package( 8 oz) crescent roll dough or air confection wastes
  • 6 slices cheddar rubbish( voluntary but largely recommended)
  • 1 large egg( for egg marshland)
  • 1 tsp garlic greasepaint
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika( voluntary for hoarse kick)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • voluntary dipping gravies estate, racy mustard, or your fave aioli\

Pickles

Use establishment, brickle dill pickles. The crunch is crucial! Make sure to stroke dry so the dough does n’t get soppy.

Dough

Crescent roll dough works great for quick wrapping and short layers. Air confection gives an redundant fancy, caloric air. Both are winners.

Rubbish

Belting each fix with a thin slice of cheddar adds melty, savory virtuousness. Feel free to skip if you want to keep it simple.

Instructions

1. Prep & Preheat

Preheat your roaster to 375 °F( 190 °C). Line a baking distance with diploma paper or silicone mat.

2. Assemble the robes

Untwine your crescent dough and separate into triangles or blocks depending on the package.
