Chocolate Ice Cream with 40 grams of protein

This smooth, chocolate-rich ice cream is packed with protein, low in sugar, and perfect as apost-workout treat or healthy cate . No ice cream maker demanded!

Equipment:

  • Blender or Food Processor
  • Freezer-Safe Container
  • Rubber Spatula
  • Measuring Cups & Spoons

Ingredients (Makes 1 Large or 2 Small Servings):

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey or casein protein powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt 
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1–2 tsp sweetener
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: a few ice cubes for thicker texture

Ingredient Notes:

Protein Greasepaint

Use a high- quality whey or casein for stylish texture. Casein makes it cottony, while whey is lighter and mixes hastily.
