Keto Banana Bread Recipe

Pining banana chuck but trying to stay in ketosis? This Keto Banana Bread is the perfect result — rich, soft, and full of classic banana flavor without the high carbs. By using banana excerpt rather of real bananas, you can enjoy a comforting slice of banana chuck with only a bit of the carbs!

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls

  • 9×5-inch loaf pan
  • Parchment paper

 Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup granulated keto sweetener
  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1½ teaspoons banana extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans 

Ingredient Notes

Almond Flour 

This is the base for the chuck . Make sure to use fine bleached almond flour for the stylish texture.

Coconut Flour

 Adds structure and absorbs humidity. Do n’t substitute it 11 — a little goes a long way.

Banana Extract

 Mimics banana flavor without the sugar. You can increase or reduce to acclimate flavor strength.

Keto Sweetener 

Use a grained option like erythritol or allulose that measures 11 with sugar.

Eggs 

Help give structure and humidity. Room temperature workshop best for indeed mixing.

Adulation

 Adds uproariousness and keeps it wettish. Coconut oil painting can be used for a dairy-free interpretation.

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your roaster to 350 °F( 175 °C). Line a 9×5- inch loaf visage with diploma paper or grease it well.

2. Mix Dry constituents

In a medium coliseum, whisk together almond flour, coconut flour, incinerating greasepaint, swab, and cinnamon.

3. Combine Wet constituents

4. Combine & Fold

Add the dry constituents to the wet and stir until a smooth, thick batter forms. Fold in diced nuts if using.

5. Singe

Pour the batter into the set loaf visage and smooth the top. Singe for 45 – 55 twinkles, or until a toothpick fitted into the center comes out clean.However, roof with antipode half through, If the top starts browning too snappily.

6. Cool & Serve

Tips & Variations

For anextra-moist banana chuck , do n’t overbake — check around 45 twinkles. You can add sugar-free chocolate chips, tattered coconut, or curve in peanut adulation for a flavor twist. For a nut-free interpretation, skip the walnuts and use sunflower seed flour( but note it may change the color slightly). Want muffins rather? Pour the batter into a oiled muffin drum and singe at 350 °F for 18 – 22 twinkles.
