Ingredients
- 1½ pounds baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
- 3–4 green onions, finely sliced
- Optional: sour cream, chili flakes, fresh herbs for garnish

Baby Potatoes
Small, paper-thin-skinned potatoes are ideal. They steam quickly and crack open perfectly when smashed.
Green Onions

Instructions
Boil the Potatoes
Place the potatoes in a large pot of interspersed water. pustule until chopstick- tender( about 15 – 18 twinkles). Drain and let cool slightly.
Smash & Season
Preheat roaster to 425 °F( 220 °C). Line a baking distance with diploma.
Place the potatoes on the distance and gently smash each bone with a chopstick or the bottom of a glass to flatten.
